I’m a small business owner and mother of dragons (aka teens)

If you’ve been on the team for multiple seasons, in what ways has the team grown over the years? What is something you are proud of accomplishing with the team?
I have been on this team since 2011, and I have watched this team grow a lot over the last few years, as athletes and as teammates. I am so proud of the work that we have put in, on and off the track.

What position do you play? What do you enjoy the most about your position?
I am exclusively a blocker. I love the feeling of trapping a jammer and working in sync with other blockers to execute strategies we have practiced. Also, the best part about blocking is the not-jamming part. (and omg I appreciate our jammers SO much!)

What do you enjoy the most about skating with GNR?
I enjoy and appreciate the atmosphere of respect, support, and encouragement. We work hard, but we have fun doing it.

What are your goals for the season?
My goal is, at the end of the season, to look back with no regrets.
