In Western Connecticut born and raised, in the skate park is where I spent most of my days. Chilling out, relaxing, maxing all cool, and skating on in-lines outside of the school. When a couple of leagues who were up to no good started making derby in my neighborhood. I got in one little bout and my brain got scared. “You’re learning to ref. You’re not a great player.”
